Going back to "A Writer's Diary"
Driven by circumstances, avid for enjoyment, I turned last night to A Writer’s Diary, a selection of Virginia Woolf’s diary entries dealing with writing and reading just generally the bookish life. The book was assembled by Woolf’s husband Leonard, and he brought a great deal of grace and discrimination to the task, actually curating the result into something that stands as a gem on its own, quite apart from the much larger mass of the diaries from which it was taken.
