I’m ordinarily not all that interested in news items involving billionaire Bill Gates, except when he orders a flunkie to write a book on which he can slap his name and about which he can chat with the ladies on the View. But the other day, he made books-related news of a different sort: he released a short list of suggestions for summer reading.
